Senior Consultant - Workday

We’re looking for experienced Workday (senior) consultants who can help our clients make sure their IT delivers what they need, considering Workday solutions (on Cloud).

What will you be doing?

You will work in challenging and fast-paced Workday enabled finance transformation programs, analysing our client's business processes, evaluating the best use of Workday solutions, designing, building, testing and deploying Workday technical solutions, emphasising standardized design and development, advising our clients on design and implementation of best-practice Workday solutions and improving their business processes.

You can lead significant tracks on medium- or large consulting engagements within the Workday suite.

You will work in Digital and Finance Transformation programs, especially in these specific areas:

• Record to report (R2R);
• Procure to pay (P2P);
• Order to Cash (O2C);
• Financial Master data management;
• Contract to pay (C2P);
• Integration with Finance Module;
• Reporting and analysis;
• Adaptive planning (plus);
• You thrive in an environment of teamwork, trust, and mutual support.

Does this describe you? 

• You have a degree (bachelor/master/diploma) preferred in business, IT, engineering or business information systems or digital discipline;
• You have at least three years of experience in process consulting and implementing Workday solutions;
• You have experience in specific Workday modules and a profound understanding of related business processes;
• You have analytical and interpersonal skills, committed to professional and client service excellence;
• You are fluent in English (both spoken and written);
• Preferably, you can communicate in Dutch. (Both spoken and written);
• Certifications: Workday core financials, and one of the specialization (O2C, P2P, R2R). Adaptive insights, Prism, Accounting Center, Reporting (nice to have).
